Welcome to Light and Lather! A little about us~My name is Sally, and I live in Williston, Vermont with my husband Shawn, our youngest daughter Samantha, and our dog Bentley.  Our business was born out of my passion for exploring and learning about all the many natural ingredients that the earth provides while lessening our impact on the earth, eliminating the need for plastic and waste as much as possible.  After many years of exploring and testing, I have tied my creative passions together with my love for natural ingredients, and desire to create products that will elevate your daily rituals! 

Our Soaps: We use only natural butters and oils in our soaps,  that have been chosen based on the benefits they provide to offer the perfect balance of cleansing and moisture for your skin, and they are always palm free.  Adding additional ingredients such as coconut or goats milk enhances our bars even more, and we always use only high quality essential oils and phthalate free clean fragrance oils to create a product that you will love!

Our Candles: Because we care about the environment, and the impact we can all have on it, it is our goal to offer products with sustainability in mind.  Our candles start with a unique, beautiful 100% recycled glass jar, that would be perfect to be repurposed in your home for another use. We use a coconut soy blend candle wax that burns clean, and only clean, pthalate free fragrance oils that are blended with essential oils.
